Hello students!

I couldn't upload anything last week since I couldn't prepare the test, but here you have the listenings parts for the test you have done today in class. Please hand over this listening before Friday.

Tomorrow I will give you test 5 in order to do it during this whole week. I let you here the folder with the audios you need to do this test too. Please hand over this exam next Monday before doing the final test:

Remember it's 10 days left for the test, so study the grammar and vocabulary reference at the end of the book please, above all, in things you think you have more doubts.

I will take you out from class in the mornings to prepare the speaking test when we have a final date.

First 5/2/18

Dear students,

Yesterday we finished with Unit 5 learning more vocabulary and practising listening and reading from the First test. We started with Unit 6 and you have to do the reading on page 68 for homework. Remember to do page 78 and exercise 1 from page 79. 

When you are preparing First you must study everything we teach every Monday in order to improve in the test, so please try to study word formation this week because next week we are going to learn new content.

We have finished with Unit 4 and we are going to start Unit 5 next week. Hopefully, we will be able to do a unit in a day now you have the base. Remember to do the exercises at the end of the units and to check the grammar and vocabulary learnt so far. Have a great weekend!

First 20/11

Hello students!

As I mention in class, I let you here a writing to do for the next weeks. Remember you have to write an article (if you need useful sentences or check the structure roll down the blog to find an entry about B2 writing). Here is your task:

Question
You have seen the following announcement in an international magazine for 16-25 year olds:

'Young people are spending more time each day on their computers than watching television. Is this a change for the better?' We are interested in your views on this topic. You can contribute to the debate by sending us a short article with your opinion.

Write your article for the magazine (around 140-190 words).

PS: Next week we have like a "bank holiday" so we haven't got class. See you on the 4th December!

Today we have started with Unit 2. We did listening part 2 (a difficult one), we saw comparison adjectives and adverbs and you have to make a new writing activity. For next week you must write a "Story" (140-190 words). I let you choose the topic, so be creative! Remember to check this page in order to see the top 5 key points a narrative should have. First Follow up

Hello students!

I know we haven't got too many lessons during this term, but you have some tests and work to do this Easter. Remember to finish all the tests you have in the blog and to revise the grammar and vocabulary you will find here in order to be ready for your arrival at the end of this month. During the 3rd term we are going to be focused on the preparation of the test you will take probably in July. Make an effort during holidays since you have more free time.
